Ingredients:1. 600 grams of chicken breast
2. 1/3 part of pineapple (cut into pieces)
3. 1/2 part of cucumber (diced)
4. 1/2 part of carrot (cut into pieces)
5. 1/2 part of onion (cut into pieces)
6. 2 teaspoon of salt
7. 1 tablespoon of sugar
8. 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
9. 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil ( for sauteing)
10. 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
11. 1/2 cup of mineral water
12. frying flour (to coat the chicken)
13. cooking oil (to fry the chicken)
Steps:
* Chicken
| 1. Fillet the chicken breast. Cut around 2 cm thick. |
| 2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the chicken. Stir it. |
| 3. Add 2 tablespoon of frying flour to the chicken. Stir it. |
| 4. Coat the chicken with the frying flour. This will make it more crispy. |
| 5. Deep fry the chicken that had been coated with frying flour. |
| 6. When it's color turns to golden brown, that means it's done. Strain the oil and put the chicken aside. |
* Pito sauce
| 1. Put 3 tablespoon of oil onto a pan. |
| 2. Saute the cucumber, carrot, pineapple, and onion. |

| 3. Add the sugar, tomato ketchup, mineral water, and salt. Stir it. |
| 4. Let it boils for around 30 seconds - 1 minute. |
| 5. Add the cornstarch that had been dissolved with 2 tablespoon of water. Stir it. |
Then.....
| Put the fried chicken into the pito sauce. |
| Stir it....... |
| Serve it and.. This is Pito Chicken! So yummy, and so healthy!!:9 |
