Es Teler

Ingredients:
1. 200 ml of coconut milk
2. 2 tablespoon of condensed milk
3. avocado (depends on your taste)
4. coconut (depends on your taste)
5. jelly (depends on your taste)
6. 1 tablespoon of ice
7. jack fruit (depends on your taste)
8. red bean (if necessary)




How to make:
1. Cut the jelly into cubes.
2. Cut the coconut into match-like. You can also grate it.
3. Cut the avocado into cubes.
4. Cut the jack fruit into cubes.

5. Put 1 tablespoon of ice in a glass.
6. Add 2 tablespoon of condensed milk.
7. Put the avocado and jack fruit into the glass.
8. Put the jelly into the glass.
9. Put the coconut into the glass.
10. Pour 200 ml of coconut milk into the glass. Mix it.

Pinky Surprising Coconut

Ingredients:
1. 1 coconut
2. 2 tablespoon of syrup
3. 2 tablespoon of condensed milk
4. 200 ml of coconut milk
5. mango (depends on your taste)
6. papaya (depends on your taste)
7. jelly (depends on your taste)
8. longans (depends on your taste)




Steps:
1. Cut the top of the coconut tidily (ask for your father's help!). Pour the coconut water into a big glass(we don't use the coconut water).
2. Cut the papaya into cubes.
3. Cut the jelly and mango into cubes.
3. Put the jelly into the coconut.
4. Put the mango into the coconut.
5. Put the papaya into the coconut.
6. Put the longans into the coconut.

7.Put 2 tablespoon of milk in a big cup.
8. Pour 200 ml of mineral water. Stir it.
9. Add 2 tablespoon of syrup into it.
10. Stir it. Pour it into the coconut.
12. Pour 100 ml of coconut water into the coconut.

Es Cendol

Ingredients:
1. 200 ml of coconut milk
2. 1/2 part of palm sugar
3. 4 tablespoon of sugar
4. tapai (depends on your taste)
5. cendol (depends on your taste)
6. grass jelly (depends on your taste)
7. jelly (depends on your taste)
8. 500 ml of boiling water










How to make:
1. Melt the palm sugar and sugar with 500 ml of boiling water
2. Pour the melted palm sugar into a bowl.
3. Cut the jelly and grass jelly randomly.
4. Put tapai into a glass that had been filled with some ice cubes.
5. Put cendol into the glass.
6. Put jelly into the glass.

7. Put the grass jelly into the glass.
8. Put 3 tablespoon of melted palm sugar into the glass.
9. Pour 200 ml of coconut milk into the glass.
Tadaaaa!! This is es cendol :9


Lumpia

Lumpia is a delicious chinese food :9 lumpia also called as spring roll. How to make it? Check this out.

 Ingredients:
1. 600 grams of pork (you can use chicken too)
2. 1 kg of yam
3. 2 carrots
4. 100 grams of haricot beans
5. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
6. 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
7. 1 teaspoon of salt
8. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
9. 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil (for sauteing)
10. cooking oil (for frying)
11. spring roll skin


Steps:
1. Chop the pork.
2. Chop the haricot beans.
3. Peel the yam and grate it.
4. Peel the carrot and grate it
5. Saute the pork with 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

7. Let it cooked for around 5 minutes.
8. Add the grated carrot and yam. Also, add the haricot beans. Saute them until it's soft.
9. It's done if the color turns like this. Put it aside and let it cool.
10. Take a piece of spring roll skin, fill it with 1 tablespoon of sauteed vegetable.
11. Fold it like the picture above. Finish the last roll.

12. Deep fry the lumpia over medium heat.
13. If it's color turns into golden brown, that means it's done. Strain the oil.
